We have a 30-day return policy. To be
eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or

Shipping costs are estimated based on the
distance from our distribution center in Christchurch to your provided shipping
address. All rates are displayed in New Zealand dollars and will be calculated
at checkout. Currently, we offer a standard delivery within South Island, if you live in North Island or rural South island ,please fee free to contact us for a shipping fee quotes.[sales@profurniture.co.nz]

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If
you find any defects or damages, contact us immediately with evidence such as
photos or videos. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and provide a

Yes, we offer a Free Pickup (Click &
Collect) service. However, we recommend making an appointment in advance due to
high demand. Our team will contact you when your items are ready for pickup.

Yes, we have a physical store and showroom which is located in 9 Michelle Road,Wigram ,Christchurch. Our openning hour is 9:30--17:30 from Monday to Sunday(public holiday many charges).

Exchanges can be made if requested within 48 hours before shipping. If the request is made after shipping, additional
fees may apply depending on the condition of the item and whether it is in its
