We offer a 30-day return policy across all purchases made through our furniture store. Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, with tags and packaging intact. Just email us at info@profurniture.co.nz to get started. Please note that some terms and conditions may apply.
How is shipping calculated for my order?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and distance from our distribution hub in Christchurch. As one of the most trusted furniture stores in Christchurch, we currently offer standard delivery throughout the South Island. If you live in the North Island or a rural South Island area, please reach out to sales@profurniture.co.nz for a custom quote. All shipping fees are in NZD and visible at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Yes! We offer a free Click & Collect service from our furniture shop in Christchurch. Due to demand, we recommend booking a pickup time in advance. We’ll notify you once your order is ready.
